Become a member of the CGA today!
An anniversary is a great reason to reconnect, and the Cooperstown Graduate Association (CGA) is the best way to stay in touch with your classmates, other alumni, museum current events, and current CGP students. The Cooperstown Graduate Association is a non-profit corporation of alumni and friends of the Cooperstown Graduate Program. The CGA connects the growing network of nearly 900 alumni working in museums nationwide and in various countries throughout the world.
CGA membership dues support current students and fund alumni activities in Cooperstown and at regional and national events, including the annual conferences of the American Association of Museums, the American Association for State and Local History, the Mid-Atlantic Museum Association, the New England Museum Association, and many others. The CGA also publishes the quarterly newsletter "CGA Forum" which keeps the alumni up-to-date and connected with upcoming alumni events, interesting articles, and the latest alumni gossip and photos!
The CGA will be expanding its benefits in 2014 to give you even more reasons to join. As CGP prepares for its next 50 years of excellence, consider joining the CGA to support the training of innovative museum professionals all while staying connected to your fellow alums. To join the CGA or renew your membership, please contact Catherine M. Raddatz at Catherine.Raddatz@oneonta.edu.
